When I tried opening the app call details it is struck. Hanging issue. No recent calls storage, every time registering the app for 1 min, loud voice in the middle of the call, getting some DID settings failure message when you trying to make second call, No incoming calls, No messages, very rude customer support, no service ticket details and updates, no resolution to any support ticket, not standing on the words when connection taken.. Customer care doesn’t know how to speak with customers. Very bad experience while using the app. No worth for connection. Once you click the number it takes you to a screen where you need to search for the button to call.. once after you click, it still doesn’t call.. there is another stupid button on the bottom which doesn’t even look like call to make a call... After the recent update app crashes if I initiate the call and put the app in background.
