Unplug Points are an in app purchase. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out or transferred, and do not expire. Finish a challenge under your limit and every point you committed comes back.

FAMILY ALLOWANCE
Parents and teens can agree on a weekly screen-time deal together. The teen sets the limit with a parent, the app tracks it, and the parent pays the agreed allowance directly. Unplug never moves that money, and teens never have access to stakes, cards, or payouts.

PRIVACY FIRST
Unplug uses Apple's Screen Time technology (Family Controls) to block only the apps you choose. Your usage is measured on your device, and your daily totals, including per-app minutes, sync to your account so we can confirm challenge results and settle disputes fairly. We never sell your data and we never use it for advertising.

PREMIUM
Unplug Premium unlocks practice mode, guided breathing, and Family Allowance. Auto-renewable subscription: $7.99/month or $59.99/year, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings.
