Really like the transparency of being able to find a way to look into cutting back. Nice to have an actual plan on what that can look like

Tracking my pouches made me way more aware of my habits/triggers. Cutting back gradually has been much easier than quitting cold turkey. Clean design and really easy to use especially with the home screen widget
