## What is Unprompt?

BRAIN FIRST. AI SECOND.

How many times a day do you turn to AI? Think you know? Most people are off by half. Unprompt gives you the real number without you counting anything: your iPhone and your Mac measure, and in the evening you check it with one tap.

Unprompt is a retro calendar that makes an invisible reflex visible. No blocking, no lecturing, no surveillance: you see, you check, you choose.

• On iPhone, you check your AI apps once, and Screen Time counts for you
• On Mac, the free Unprompt companion reads the local logs of your AI coding tools and watches your desktop AI apps
