This app looks nice but when you get into it it’s so boring. Not for me. On to the next.

### 5/5 — You get out of it what you put in

I just started one on one therapy again recently, and this app has been such a helpful supplement for me to really make the most out of my therapy journey. The modules are arranged almost like a class where some are videos, some are “homework,” and so on. I take every “class” seriously and really appreciate this opportunity for self-reflection. I am determined to navigate my patterns in a healthier way.
