I am currently using on iPad Pro, unreal mobile has been a pleasure. You cannot beat the price and coverage, it has a better coverage than some of the top name cellular brand. I live in Saint George area and going to Las Vegas this worked flawlessly. ### 4/5 — 1.8 Issue *2020-06-13, version 1.8* I don’t get any notification when a call or text comes in. Calls go straight to voicemail. However, in the process, I lost my number and had the consequent burden of notifying, notifying and notifying many contacts that number had changed. It took about a week for the SIM card to arrive. I am proud of the value of that have received. This app works great for iPhones. The network can use a little work because of reception. But overall I love ❤️ it. Takes some getting used to it on the iPhone as you have to use the app to make calls & text as it does not use native dialer or iMessage. Also unable to send MMS with this service on I-phone. Phone calls also leave a lot to be desired. Quality is not good but for data this service is fine. If it doesn’t help they escalate it. That is it. No one contacting you, no one Tried to resolve the issue. Everything remains the same. When you call again they tell you to install and reinstall this application and “escalate” it again. Then they say your phone is not compatible with their software. Most of the time I was talking with genius by the name “Kevin”. If you have a CDMA phone then you’re good, but if you have a GSM phone like I do you’re in for one hell of a nightmare. They require an app to work, and this app would not receive or make calls unless you’re on wifi or data. It means you have to turn on data all the time when you’re not at home, and even then I would miss a lot of calls. It got so bad that some of my friends are not able to reach me because my phone would not ring. Every time you miss a call they would tell you you missed one, but actually being able to receive calls is a 50/50, since the majority of time the phone would stay silent. If you’re here to save money like I once thought I would, stay away. The hassle is 100% not worth it. ### 1/5 — Terrible app and service *2020-02-06, version 1.7* Omg so many issues, such terrible service. The app is extremely slow and freezes and can hardly save a number. The signal is super weak and I’m in the center of NYC supposedly where they have exceptional coverage. I would not choose this service provider again. The messages sometimes don’t even come through, the images can’t be viewed before sending, it’s just terrible for any texting or calling needs (and yet it’s unlimited for both, it’s so terrible it’s laughable). ### 1/5 — Terrible terrible terrible! *2020-01-09, version 1.7* Calls hardly ever worked. Do not use this service if you need voice calls. I tested the service many times and most calls didn’t go through or hung up after being answered. Application is not well maintained. Very poor technical support, it takes days and days to fix the problem. It’s staying true to it’s name — UNREAL. I purchased the quarterly plan during the winter season and activated the SIM this spring. I haven’t been able to place calls for days. I emailed iOS feedback, submitted a ticket through the website and I’m waiting patiently for service but nothing. I’m traveling the States, strapped for funds and needed something ASAP. This is my only line and has been a nightmare. I would NEVER recommend UNREAL Mobile to anyone. ### 1/5 — Nope. *2019-03-03, version 1.6* THIS IS A SCAM Run away, don’t waste your money like I did. All over their website it states you can make calls and texts over cell service which is a lie. This is nothing more then an expensive, paid version of text now, with a lower call quality and every call and text requires internet connection and you have to use the app for making calls and texts. For $20 you get 3 months of unlimited talk and text and unlimited 2G data with 1GB of 4G LTE. That’s by far the cheapest deal I’ve found. The service is excellent too. I have an iPhone 7 Plus and haven’t had any issues with calls or texts going through. Am considering paying for one of the larger data packages as those are reasonably priced as well, and having tried the service and been happy with it, there’s really no downside. UNREAL is a quality provider and plan to recommend to my friends and family. ### 5/5 — Great service for $10 a month! *2019-01-23, version 1.6* I barely call using the service but it’s a great backup phone service for me! My primary is a contract with another company but when service is weak with that phone, I need to call someone and I pull this phone out (iPhone 5s) it works for what I need when I need it! You have to make a few adjustments like using the Unreal dialer which is no big problem. Some of the negative comments made must be coming from people who have got used to the features that other companies and smart phones charge for. I would like to say that I really am happy with the price and the convenience of having unrealmobile service. I rated 5stars just for that alone. I am, however, have been having multiple of an issue with it dropping phone calls and the network lagging or saying I have no service. I had to redo the apn settings multiple times for it to say registered and getting to use my device/service.
