I reads that you can get “unfiltered and uncensored” and upgrade to their pro. I asked their AI if this was misleading: Withholding essential information or using deception in consumer interactions can be considered misleading and may violate standards set by entities like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). According to the FTC, omitting material information necessary to prevent consumer mislead can be deceptive, and such practices are prohibited under Section 5 of the FTC Act, which bars unfair and deceptive acts or practices^4,5^. Specifically, if material information is necessary to prevent a consumer from being misled, it may indeed be deceptive to omit that information, and written disclosures may not be sufficient to correct a misleading statement^5^. This aligns with broader ethical and legal considerations regarding transparency and consumer protection. However, the app keeps crashing constantly, across numerous devices I use. Especially since the recent update, it's crashing more than it's working and really ruining my enjoyment of this app. As a premium member, I sincerely hope you fix this constant crashing issue, asap. My devices are not old, I have a recent iPhone and iPad and the problem happens on both devices. Come on, please fix this crashing issue, it was annoying before, but now it is just a nightmare, crashing crashing crashing crashing, when all I want to do is work on my creations.
