Unrush is a calm self-help app for moments when anxiety rises, panic feels close, or you need to collect yourself.

Choose what you need right now, rate how intense it feels, and follow a short guided route. The app helps you move through simple grounding, breathing-related, and body-based steps without overthinking.

After a session, you can compare how you felt before and after. Recent results stay on the home screen, so you can see what helped.

Unrush also includes a Safe Zone where you can quickly open an emergency number or prepare a message to selected support contacts.
