I use this almost every night now. It doesn't feel like a "sleep hack" or a medical app. It just gives something calm to follow so I'm not lying there replaying the whole day. The sleep sounds are layered enough to feel alive, but not so interesting that they keep me awake.

I've tried a lot of focus and sleep apps, and most of them feel like the same loop with a different label.
Unrush feels different. The sounds have texture, but they don't pull my attention away. I use it when I'm starting work, winding down at night, or just trying to stop scrolling for a bit. It's subtle in the best way.
