## What is Unscroll?

Unscroll shows you Instagram, TikTok and YouTube - without the endless scroll.

It's not a new app to learn. You sign into your real accounts, and Unscroll simply hides the parts built to keep you scrolling forever: Reels, Explore, the For You feed, Shorts. What's left is what you actually opened the app for - posts and stories from people you follow, and your DMs.

See real time saved, based on your own baseline.
Keep a daily streak for showing up.
Optional Premium: DM-only mode, hide your YouTube watch history, and a daily scroll budget if you want a supervised way to unlock the full feed occasionally.
