## What is Unseat?

Move before you feel stuck.

Unseat turns a quick energy and tension check-in into a gentle 2, 3, or 5 minute movement break chosen for your workday. Every routine comes from a curated library of low-impact seated and standing movements.

Choose your work hours, movement limits, and office context. Unseat avoids recent repeats, respects seated-only and quiet modes, and can optionally use today's Apple Health activity as private context.

Apple Intelligence may reorder approved movements and write a brief coaching cue on supported devices. It never invents exercises, and the deterministic planner always remains available.

Track completed minutes, weekly consistency, and the body areas you have moved. No account, subscription, ads, tracking, or developer backend.
