I don’t mind the ads but it seems they could put them in smarter locations during the game. The game itself is fun which is why I deal with the annoying ads. ### 5/5 — Unsolve Case: Fatal Clue *2025-02-03, version 1.0.4* I really really enjoyed and love these Unsolve games! My only problem was it crashed twice and it is very frustrating that the lady face in the top left grinning. It was in the way I could not see past that for certain things. Another than that game was great. Great story line great graphic very lengthy. Keep them coming and keep them lengthy J.F. 2025 ### 3/5 — Only playable by buying it. *2024-10-09, version 1.0.3* An advert every couple of minutes so unless you buy it it’s not worth struggling through. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-09-08, version 1.0.3* The ads are horrendous. They appear in the middle of you doing something. Like it’s too many ads for absolutely no reason. Deleted this game and all other DG games in a heartbeat because of this. ### 3/5 — Frustrating *2024-03-06, version 1.0.1* I was sticking with it because the game is kind of okay but glitches on the iPad became more frequent. I couldn’t actually finish the game because even though I completed one of the challenges correctly it just kept saying it was wrong so I couldn’t move on from that point. Frustratingly, the game can’t be skipped unless you buy it. Overall, there are a lot of unexplained elements so you have to try and guess what to do, also, some of the graphics are not clear to make out and on one HOP I really just had to keep clicking and hope for the best that things either matched or were put in the right place. At times you end up getting it right but don’t actually know what you did. There are ‘premium’ choices to click so the story can go a different direction but game play on this didn’t stay separate to the main game so caused some confusion, you think you haven’t completed the chapter because of unfinished actions but actually, the incomplete actions were only for the premium paying customer, but it didn’t tell you that so you were left feeling a little short changed. The storyline was a little random at times where you said to yourself “as if they would do that” about a character but on a par with other games. It was a good game otherwise but frustrating to play at times especially as I was enduring the extremely frequent ads which popped up at the most awkward time right in the middle of a dialogue or end of chapter game and annoying that I couldn’t get to finish it. ### 3/5 — Ad issue *2024-01-17, version 1.0.1* I chose to play free with ads as I don’t mind the ad. It’s a great fun game and I love the graphics and presentation. However there are a few bugs that caused me to rate with only 3 stars. Ads seems to always pop up in the middle of the story being spoken to you so you miss a lot of what they said and you can’t go back to replay. Also, after you X out of the ad you no longer have any sound and it won’t turn back on. So once you start the game you have to watch an ad right from the get go so you never have sound. I prefer that part of the game because I don’t want to read it. I prefer the experience of hearing it. ### 1/5 — Bombarded with ads *2024-01-07, version 1.0.1* These games used to be fun even if you didn’t spring for the full paid version, but now, you get to play 2-3 screens before it switches to the ad version and you can buy a hint for watching an ad or ads just randomly pop up. And the paid version is 6.99??? There are many games worth that much, but nothing made by this company is worth your money. ### 2/5 — Duluxe version not working correctly *2023-12-26, version 1.0.1* I’m at the question that says: “We should find those certificates before Grace does, or our museum is done for! I know it’s a lot to ask, but… I don’t think I’ll be able to stop her without your help. Would you be able to take this risk?” My deluxe questions says: “Answer_2” The other answer says: “Sorry, there is a murderer on the loose right now. That’s my priority.” I am not able to select the deluxe question (nothing happens), and I don’t want to select the other question because I paid for the deluxe version. I have the latest iPadOS 17.3 beta version. If you think you have Deja vu, you don’t. This is a compilation of the first 4 episodes of Season 1. So except for collectibles, there is nothing new. Trying to pass this game off as a new CE game is just plain wrong, and it’s the second time Domini has done it. We aren’t ever going to get CE games again, only episodes.
