Was looking forward to using this because I’m grieving the loss of my mom but it will not let me create a new account it doesn’t do anything I’m super disappointed

I lost my 14 year old daughter tragically and now I can’t access all the messages I sent her. This is so traumatic for me. I keep emailing them with no response. This is horrible to do to people.

At first this app was amazing. I was able to store his messages and then call him when I missed him. But I have been unable to access my account for a month and my emails for help have gone unanswered. I’ve had to cancel my subscription. So disappointed

I now feel I have a way to get it out the without venting  45 min of my devastating grief on a strange behind me in express lane at store! This has happened!  Keep u updated. I want to say thank you. I was feeling the most lost I’ve ever felt in my life without my loved one and using this app has made me feel I can not only express my feelings of grief and sorrow, but also still remain connected and close to them because it’s hard to not have them in my life. I'm speechless on how much I talk and emote when I use this app. I stumbled upon it & thank God I did. I'm very grateful that people care enough to create an outlet to let everyone release. I just had a baby, coming to acceptance of his father and mines relationship, struggling with myself and missing my mother who passed. I just left my first message for my future son with my infant in my arms and it was such an amazing escape route. I felt like I was really leaving my future older son a voicemail. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart! 
To those who share their memories or voicemails I have to say thank you as well. Listening to a couple helped me not feel as alone as I have lately
