## What is Untangle?

Untangle is a puzzle you play to slow down.

Each puzzle is a tangled web of glowing nodes. Drag them around until no lines cross. That is the whole game. No timer counting down, no score shouting at you, no screen full of confetti. Just a knot, your thumb, and the quiet moment it comes undone.

Most puzzles take about thirty seconds. One flows into the next, so you can untangle one on a queue or a dozen before sleep. The difficulty rises gently as you go, from a handful of nodes to a satisfying web.

- The hint button shows a "Hint" label until you have used it once
- Your first hint is free, no ad
- Stuck on a puzzle? The Hint label comes back on its own to remind you it is there, and stays until you make progress

- Tapping Hint tells you what you get before it mentions the ad

Performance polish: on high-refresh phones, the game no longer pops up the "Performance mode" tip by mistake during long sessions. That prompt now appears only when your device genuinely needs it, so nothing interrupts a smooth run.

- New Performance mode for a smoother game on older phones. Untangle can suggest it automatically if it notices lag, and you can turn it on or off anytime in Settings.

Bug fix: the daily challenge was not counting your final move, so your solve count showed one lower than it actually was. It now counts every move, including the one that solves the puzzle.
