The bugs that plagued the old version of the app were finally fixed and now we get not an update but a total overhaul that’s more difficult and slower to navigate? I don’t need to be asked each time I do something did I want to do it. I’m trying to run a business and this update has just slowed things down and demanded more of my time.

I've had this app for a few years years. The price has gone up tremendously for no apparent reason. When there's a price increase, No one contacts you, no one tells you why the price is going up, no one tells you if you're getting any additional services for the increase, if you use several services, maybe charge for those extra services but for those of us who use the basic Untappd app for our business, we should not be paying for services that we do not use. This is an app. It's not a company that provides items that they're having to pay for so it cannot be blamed on inflation. As a small business owner, I'm not sure the convenience is worth the price.

I just keep getting error occurred when trying to log on and then the need help link is just a white screen that says forbidden

App is fine when it works but very often it doesn’t. I am locked out and can’t log back in for hours and sometimes days. The same issue on other devices simultaneously. I have reported this issue MANY MANY times over years and nothing is ever done. If I could find an alternative I would jump on it.

I am disappointed with how difficult this app is to use. It’s not clear how to add menus, when you do add menus it does not add things the way you want, and there is no way for me to add other menus or lists for the cocktails and food menu we also carry. It’s also impossible to make an event on the app that happens every week with out manually resubmit it every week. When I was spoken to about using untapped for my restaurant, I was super excited. It sounded like it would be a great tool for me to make things easier for adding beers and promotion of our place but I have found nothing but frustration using the business app. I literally don’t understand how your app for customers is fantastic but the one for us to make things easier for our customers is so.. soo bad. I am upset that I was told I could do more with this app and it doesn’t seem compatible with anything I want to do.

One of the worst apps on my phone. Obviously our restaurant relies on this app to quickly change our beers etc. At least 50% of the time the app won’t load, brings me to the login screen and then says unexpected error. This happens randomly. The next day I’ll open it and it will work fine. 
App is also limited compared to the website. 
For how much untappd charges for us to use it you would think they would put more effort into their app.

There’s an authentication issue that seems to happen regularly when on cell network versus wifi. 
Help pages also dead end in this case too. 
This is an ongoing issue for last few years.
