On the plus side, it’s very simple to use and set up. My critiques would be that the interface is a bit dated in look and feel (gives off a 90’s HTML vibe) and no option to track weekly. Although this didn’t work for me, I would recommend this app to someone else. In a future update, I’d love to see a full screen tracker when tapping the timer, maybe with with no artwork crop (perhaps blurred edges?) and color choice for the display text. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback and suggestions, I’ll look at improving those areas in the next update. ### 4/5 — Countdown *2020-11-19, version 1.7* Almost perfect, but would like to make my one and only countdown full screen or even my screensaver. I hope you still find the app useful, otherwise you can request a refund from Apple. ### 1/5 — STUPID *2020-02-27* As soon as I opened the app I was bombarded with pay to upgrade rate us and stuff like that, heck you’re not even aloud to use more than 1 event without upgrading which costs 1 dollar, I do not recommend. Half the features that were promised are behind a paywall. **Developer response:** $1 ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2019-12-11* View is only able to be set to a banner so any photo selected can’t be seen. Idiotic **Developer response:** Sorry you’re not enjoying Until, the banner photo will look best if it’s cropped landscape so that multiple events can be shown in the table list. Happy to hear more feedback, let me know how you would improve the main display, I’d love to improve that 1* rating😀 ### 1/5 — Won’t open *2019-08-10, version 1.5* Can’t get this app to open on iPhone X running iOS 12.1.4. I am now running iOS 12.4 I have restarted iPhone and reinstalled this app but still no luck. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2019-04-19* This app only lets u have two events or u need to pay for more also one of the events they set up **Developer response:** Sorry you’ve not enjoyed using Until, please let me know how it could be improved, and what additional features you would like. If the only criticism is that you have to pay 99c to get full functionality then I can’t help you I’m afraid, app development takes a lot of time, and I have bills to pay. ### 2/5 — Bug needs fixing *2021-05-17, version 1.7* The ‘Auto Until / Since prefix’ doesn’t change when the countdown reaches the target time. It’s not safe to just take a very quick look at the time that reads ‘Until’. You have to carefully check if the time showing is the time remaining or the time after the event. It still says time ‘until’ even though the time has started to count up after the target time has been reached. When that bug gets fixed it will be a very useful App and very easy to use. I paid for the upgrade to see if the problem is only in the free edition of the App, but the paid-for version still has the bug. ### 2/5 — Too many negatives *2020-01-16* Very limited choices for background pictures. If you want to use your own picture you have to upgrade. If you want more picture choices you have to upgrade. Only 3 choices for special effects, none, confetti, or bubbles. If you want others you have to upgrade. If you only have a single event it lives in a small strip at the top of the page. You need five or six events to fill the blank space. Try it and you might like it. I didn’t like the fact that I had to upgrade to use my own background picture. I give it 3 sad faces and will be uninstalling it. ### 2/5 — Confused *2019-09-23* Why does it only show a small strip and it entire screen once saved?? Meh. Not impressed. **Developer response:** Hi, each event is a horizontal panel so you scroll through and see all your events countdown at once. How would you prefer to see each event? I'm sorry all features can't be included in the free download, I'm an independent app developer and hope people find enough reason to upgrade to the full version so I can continue to fund further development - and pay the bills of course. I do hope you are enjoying Until though. Cheers, Phil ### 4/5 — Great App but missing a feature *2023-01-20* I love this app. I couldn’t imagine not having this app on my phone. I refer to it several times a year to see how old my nieces are or what day my anniversary is or how long until my next vacation. I even like to track how long it’s been since I started taking a specific medicine. But… I would like to sometimes hide the seconds or minutes or hours, depending on the type of count. It would give me a tidier picture of my info. **Developer response:** Thank you for such a great review and insight to your enjoyment of using Until. Your suggestion of optionally not seeing the fine detail of some events is very interesting, I will look at including such a feature in a future update. I really wish it had WEEKS tracking. I foster baby animals and has to create a spreadsheet because this, my favorite time tracking app, doesn’t do weeks.
