What an app! Going offline together is a way to stave off FOMO while being present with friends and family while stopping the doom scrolling to just fill my time. Cool stuff

I am way more deliberate with how I use my phone after spending a few weeks using Untill.  

Instead of blocking you from your phone it just asks you not to I interrupt a timer, that when it completes gives you points.  There have been many times I reached for the phone and put it back down because I was 20 minutes into a 30 minute FILL.  

It’s so easy to just wait 10 minutes, and by then the urge to waste time on my phone is gone, and I end out spending more time focused on what’s actually important to me than just reflexively doom scrolling.  This changed my habits.
