## What is Untime?

Untime is a time budgeting app. It helps you decide where your hours should go before the week starts, then shows you where they actually went once it ends. You give each part of your life a weekly time budget, log sessions against it as the days pass, and end up with an honest picture of how the week really played out.

The idea behind it is that not all time is created equal. Some you want more of and some you want less of, so every goal in Untime is one of two kinds:
- A Grow goal is something you want to tend more often (e.g. reading or exercising). Its budget is a target to reach.
- A Reduce goal is something you would rather let fade (e.g. social media or gaming). Its budget is a ceiling to stay under.
