We had to change two wristbands like we have been asked, and for the others we have been able to top up once, and then impossible. Organisation couldn’t help. Thankfully some bars were accepting credit card. However we could have spent way more money if we could pay by card everywhere. We are here to enjoy the festival and relax, not having informaticien studies. After topping up my wristband through the app, I was surprised to find out that I still had to wait in a 30-minute queue just to activate the online top-up. This completely defeats the purpose of having an app-based top-up system. The process was inefficient, confusing, and left many people frustrated. Please fix this system for future events, an online top-up should be seamless and not require in-person confirmation. ### 5/5 — The error after the update *2025-06-17* Hi guys.
