Some nights are better lived first and looked at later. Unveil gives every guest at your wedding, birthday or party the same disposable camera and one shared album. Everyone shoots on their own phone, nobody sees a thing, and at the reveal every photo unlocks at once. A hundred points of view of the same night. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your event and pick a reveal time. 2. Guests scan a QR code to join. They don't need an account. 3. Everyone gets a limited number of shots. Once you press the shutter, that's the photo. 4. At the reveal, every photo unlocks for everyone at once. WHY HIDDEN PHOTOS Without previews or retakes, nobody stands around curating. People stay at the table and on the dance floor. The photos come out honest, and the waiting is half the fun: the whole room opens the same album together. Opened together. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.0.16 — 2026-09-08 A photo taken at the party now lands in the album even if your phone only gets to upload it the next morning. It also sorts into the evening it was taken. Also in this update: • The shutter fires straight away, even on the first shot of the night. It used to freeze for a few seconds while the phone finished the photo. • Opening the album right after the reveal no longer shows an error screen. • The walkthrough on the home screen moves now. Photos drop in as you read, a guest scans in and types their name, and you try the camera yourself. • The shots counter no longer breaks a number in two. ### 1.0.15 — 2026-09-03 Bug fixes and improvements. ### 1.0.14 — 2026-08-24 Put your event up on a screen at the venue. The invite sheet now has a Live wall: open it on a TV or laptop and photos fill it as they land, with the QR right there so guests can scan in from their seats. While photos are hidden, the wall keeps them blurred and saves the surprise. Also in this update: • Sign in with email. We send you a 6-digit code, no password needed. • You can reopen an ended event. Move the end forward and everyone gets their camera back, shooting into the same album. • Guests who joined from the QR without installing now get the whole album: blurred while photos are hidden, everything once they unlock. • Pulled away while creating an event? Your answers are saved, and the home screen offers them back. • Uploads hold on tighter. A photo taken just before the phone is pocketed still lands, and if one can't be delivered, we tell you instead of dropping it quietly. • The lock screen card now wears your event's cover photo. ### 1.0.11 — 2026-08-14 Every event now starts with room for 10 guests, free. That's twice the size it used to be. Also in this update: • Running out of room mid-event? Add guests in packs of 10, 25 or 50 rather than moving up to a whole new event size. Packs stack, so you can keep adding as people turn up. • Shots per guest now lives in one place: pick everyone's number, or lift the limit entirely, from the same screen. • Guests who joined without an account see a clearer prompt to sign in, so their photos travel with them. • Small fixes and polish throughout the app. ### 1.0.10 — 2026-08-11 Running low on shots halfway through the night? You can now raise everyone's shot limit while the event is still live, without starting over. Also in this update: • Reveal and last call reminders arrive reliably, so everyone is there for the moment the photos unlock. • Pick any end time you like.
