## What is Unvox?

Unvox is a customer support platform designed to help support teams manage customer conversations and communicate with customers in real time.
The Unvox mobile app gives authorized support agents access to their customer conversations from a mobile device, allowing them to stay connected and respond to customers while away from their desktop workspace.
With the Unvox mobile app, support agents can:
• Receive incoming customer conversations
• View and manage active chats
• Send and receive messages in real time
• Access customer information relevant to the conversation
• Manage availability for incoming chats
• Stay connected to their support workspace on the go
Unvox is part of the Nebi ecosystem and is designed as a companion application for organizations already using the Unvox customer support platform.
An existing Unvox account is required to access the application. User accounts are created and managed by the organization using Unvox; public registration is not available through the mobile application.
The Unvox mobile application does not offer products, subscriptions, or other paid services for purchase within the app.
