Every time u need to do urgent transfer and wait for another 12 hours. If really cannot provide online TT, strongly advise to remove/shutdown this app cos it never really do it job ### 1/5 — Very poor app *2024-11-13, version 5.6.0* Your app is sluggish. Not user friendly at all. Face identification is hopeless. Please do something. Local banks like maybank and Cimb have improved their app by leaps and bounds. I've had great experience with digital bank GX Bank. Sleek, modern, and lightning fast. It's a total upgrade from UOB's outdated design. Even Maybank has stepped up their game with MAE. It's a much more user-friendly app, perfect for those of us who like things simple. I hope UOB's management sees this review and realizes that it's time for a serious upgrade. Their old-school graphics and slow app are a real drag. It's like they're stuck in the past while the rest of the world is moving forward. Hopefully, they'll take a cue from other banks and give their customers a modern, user-friendly experience. ### 1/5 — Rubbish app ever *2024-05-26, version 5.1.0* The app will logging out by itself while we try to make the transaction. The keypads become much smaller compared to last time and my fingers can’t adapt to the smaller keys so I keep getting the password wrong and have to always toggle the password before logging in. Why does my password erase after the first time I try to log in?? And I have to enter my password again?? Why can I not copy and paste account numbers? Why is it that when I generate codes for signing, only have five seconds left before the next. Ice is generated? The UX is pretty horrible but I guess if you spend enough time, you can get what you need to do done.
