Proses buka blokir 12 hari kerja (lama banget padahal kartu mau dipakai) minta ganti terbitkan kartu baru tidak dikasih, minta percepatam pembukaan blokir masih harus menunggu. Apabila sedang berada di luar Indonssia, ini sangat tidak menyusahkan karena international roaming harus aktif dan bisa sangat mahal. App tidak bisa digunakan untuk aktifasi kartu. Maybe its the Indo version- its so unreliable. Logging in often takes ages or doesn’t even go through at all. Onboarding was painful and neither branch nor call center rep could resolve it for me.
