This stupid app constantly asks for reviews, wasting my time. Out of all major Thai banking applications, UOB’s is the slowest to process transactions.

The facial confirmation asks you to take of your glasses. But then you can’t see the instructions. That’s just plain dumb

Be prepared for the side-eye glares from the people behind you in the checkout line at the grocery store. It takes longer than it should to scan a QR code and pray that it's  not a purchase over X amount where it requires you to blink your eyes, nod your head, and open your mouth like a blowfish to clear security. As  far as I can tell there is still no feature to share a QR code with others  to transfer money - a service all other bank apps carry this feature. It's enough to encourage me to switch banks.

เข้า app ได้ แต่ พิสูจน์ตัวตนแล้ว app ค้าง ไม่ไปไหน เครื่องก็ iOS15.8.5 สรุปเข้าไปทำธุรกรรมใดๆ ไม่ได้เลย จ่ายค่างวดบัตรเครคิต บัตรใดๆๆ ไม่ได้ เข้าทำผ่าน web Site ก็ทำไม่ได้ เพราะใน Web Site มาผูกติดกับ app ตัวนี้ ทาง uob คงอยากให้ลูกค้าไปซื้อโทรศัพท์เครื่องใหม่เพื่อใช้ app ตัวนี้
