Be prepared for the side-eye glares from the people behind you in the checkout line at the grocery store. It takes longer than it should to scan a QR code and pray that it's  not a purchase over X amount where it requires you to blink your eyes, nod your head, and open your mouth like a blowfish to clear security. As  far as I can tell there is still no feature to share a QR code with others  to transfer money - a service all other bank apps carry this feature. It's enough to encourage me to switch banks.

แอปสวยงามแล้ว แต่สเตปแต่ละหน้าช้ามากๆเลยค่ะ จะโอนเงิน หรือสแกนจ่ายใช้เวลามาก ถ้ารีบคือต้องใช้แบงค์อื่นอยากให้ปรับปรุงจุดนี้ และตอนนี้ไม่บันทึกสลิปให้ เลือกอัตโนมัติแล้ว ก็ไม่มีค่ะ

This app is very frustrating. It does not allow you to transfer more than 50,000 baht. Once you exceed, you need photo verification at the bank. However, the bank cannot help you to set it up. It is a total waste to have a UNITED OVERSEAS BANK that cannot do any transfers overseas to my UOB accounts in Singapore and Malaysia. Rather open an account with Kasikorn, they support customers and know their business very well.

This stupid app constantly asks for reviews, wasting my time. Out of all major Thai banking applications, UOB’s is the slowest to process transactions.
