I initiated a withdrawal from my Gold+ portfolio, but the processing delay of over a week left me exposed to significant price swings. With no ability to time the execution or expedite the transaction, I had zero control over when my funds were liquidated—resulting in unintended losses during a period of market volatility. ### 1/5 — Can’t change my address *2025-11-11, version 1.36* All my banking apps can have address changes but this one can’t!! When I wrote to them, they told me to fill up a form. After I sent them the form, they ask for proof of address. Finally when I sent them my proof, they didn’t change and didn’t reply. Though I could see marginal returns, but the Processing part of this app is really really slow. Moving funds across multiple accounts became a pain and even depositing takes long. I can’t paste my pass into the app. This makes it really difficult to login every time and spend 30s to type it out. For that I’ll reduce 2 star.
