The app is extremely annoying to use. Between extreme load times, text that is too small to read, and being asked to confirm sports bookings multiple times before you can book in there’s no end to the discomfort it causes. The cherry on top is that it asks you to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME you need to book. For a university with such a high ranking in its computing science degrees, it really needs to do better.

The app is functional but could be improved ergonomically, also it would be much better and safer if we could pay with a 3rd party like Paypal compared to the current system where you have to enter your card details everytime. Still great to be able to book a session of your favourite sport with your phone.

So use both sites, it’s good to see at a glance what classes are available.
