I have sent more than 100 emails to support and they do not respond, in my supposed account that my identity is already verified, the USDT funds that I sent more than a month ago are not there either.

I registered, then on May 18 I sent a small deposit from Nexo and it never appeared in my balance. I already confirmed the transaction. I have sent more than 20 emails and they do not respond, they ignore them. They are not serious, it is not safe, be careful with this App
