Which credit bureau does my credit report come from? There are 3 major reporting agencies, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion. We pull our basic user information from Equifax and premium users can upgrade to get information from Experian and Transunion, commonly called a 3 bureau credit report. What score do we use? Currently Up Credit pulls your score using the VantageScore 3.0 credit model. There are two types of scores, VantageScore and FICO. Will checking my credit affect my score? No. Up Credit performs what’s called a soft inquiry meaning that your credit score will never be affected when we check it. What is a credit plan and how does it work? Credit plans are unique to Up Credit. Our machine learning algorithm looks at your credit report and finds things that you can do to improve your credit. What is a good credit score? REPORTING TO MY BANK!!! This app has stopped working after one or two times of giving you information. This has been going on for the last several weeks. It has a loading screen that never fully loads. You pay for a subscription of $1.00 a month and you get nothing. You get no credit scores, no information. It does send you spam e-mail. Out fine maybe needs an update . ### 1/5 — Total scam. *2023-08-01* It’s impossible to even login to this app any more without paying a subscription fee even though the website says “Free forever!” Trying to login on the site just goes to a blank page no matter what browser you use. They don’t respond to emails. The support number listed will immediately hang up on you no matter option you select. No way to even change a password or delete your account now. This is a SCAM. ### 1/5 — No longer working *2023-07-29* The app went successfully through two credit report cycles but died on the latest update. Screen says report loading and wait 24 hours. Its been a week. I’ve sent several emails to support but received NO response. ### 1/5 — Refund- app dosen't work *2023-04-01* After payment for a membership, app stoped functioning won’t update my credit score and keeps glitching and asking me to pay more for another membership this has been the worst experience I demand a refund. I have been getting at least 3-4 per day, and the links to unsubscribe or edit your preferences doesn’t work. I’ve written to app support twice on this now, and no one ever responds. Unfortunately we have no control over the quiz and registration portion of the app, that is all Equifax. They purposefully make it tough so that scammers can’t get into the app and steal your (or anyone else’s) identity. We do nothing but pass information back and forth, nothing more.
