No other options to move forward. Will update if anything changes. ### 2/5 — Crashing app *2022-04-06, version 2.0.2* Why does this app keep crashing everytime log in? I have been having problems getting the app to stay open after I put my login info in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on serveral occasions with the same results of the app not staying open . **Developer response:** We are actively working on fixing this login issue. Your voice is definitely being heard. After receiving this and the last review we looked into what could be causing the problem and should have a fix out by Monday. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience and hope that you remain a part of the Up Credit family. ### 2/5 — New version is not reliable *2022-03-30, version 2.0.1* Of three attempts - two hung with “Generating Report” for 10 minutes. I finally just shutdown the app. The previous version rated a perfect score but this one is lucky to get 2-stars… actually considering deleting it from my iPhone if it continues to hang on future attempts! **Developer response:** This issue has been fixed in the new version. Thanks for all the feedback and support. ### 1/5 — Equifax???? *2022-03-11, version 1.5.3* Is this EQUIFAX or not ??? ### 3/5 — Can’t figure out all the features *2022-03-02, version 1.5.3* I like this app but I can’t figure out all the features and it isn’t showing how my credit score is improving. I only see my current credit score and can’t see what it was last month and I’m not sure how often it refreshes. I also have a to do list but don’t know how to do the stuff they’re telling me to do. Yikes. It’s not very intuitive and I don’t see a help feature. **Developer response:** Hello Jayla, First and foremost, welcome to the community. Let me address some of these problems for you. Over time your credit history will be added to the history graph below your credit score. But when you first sign up we don’t have the previous months score because you weren’t a member with us the previous month. We would love it if we could do show your previous months score when you first start but unfortunately that’s a limitation imposed on us by Equifax. Now, let’s move on to your to-do list. When you mention this are you talking about the plan page? If so, the items that are automatically added (by us) will be marked as complete when we see your next credit report and those items are paid off. For example, if you pay off an account, that item will be marked as complete as soon as it is seen as being paid off on your credit report. Please note, this can take up to 30 days for a company to report, so it may take a little time. On the other hand by to-do list, if you are talking about custom plan items that you personally add, then the way to mark them complete is simply by tapping them and marking them complete. Thanks. ### 3/5 — Does not recognize Phone and Quiz issues *2022-02-08, version 1.5.3* I am currently using my mobile phone. I have yet to register because after I enter my phone number, it tells me that they do not have it and tries to verify using a quiz. Then, the quiz question runs off the screen so that I cannot see what it is they are actually asking, therefore have not been able to answer correctly and gives me an error code. I gave three stars because I have yet to actually get into the app to see how it functions, so I will not give below or above yet. I do see however in the last update they fixed some registration issues as well so perhaps they could get these resolved in the next one. I already have my other two credit reports and would love the ability to see my equifax report as well so again, once I get into the app I may reassess my point of view and it may very well turn out to be a great app. ### 5/5 — So comprehensive! *2021-10-05, version 1.0* It’s super easy to understand and use **Developer response:** And we hope to always keep it that way. REPORTING TO MY BANK!!! This app has stopped working after one or two times of giving you information. This has been going on for the last several weeks. It has a loading screen that never fully loads. You pay for a subscription of $1.00 a month and you get nothing. You get no credit scores, no information. It does send you spam e-mail. I do not recommend until they FIX. ### 1/5 — Total scam. *2023-08-01* It’s impossible to even login to this app any more without paying a subscription fee even though the website says “Free forever!” Trying to login on the site just goes to a blank page no matter what browser you use. They don’t respond to emails. The support number listed will immediately hang up on you no matter option you select. No way to even change a password or delete your account now. This is a SCAM. ### 1/5 — No longer working *2023-07-29* The app went successfully through two credit report cycles but died on the latest update. Screen says report loading and wait 24 hours. Its been a week. I’ve sent several emails to support but received NO response. ### 1/5 — Refund- app dosen't work *2023-04-01* After payment for a membership, app stoped functioning won’t update my credit score and keeps glitching and asking me to pay more for another membership this has been the worst experience I demand a refund. Don’t wast your time, this app is fraudulent. ### 1/5 — Can’t opt out of emails *2022-08-31, version 4.2.1* As soon as I was approved to use this app, I started getting inundated with emails. I have been getting at least 3-4 per day, and the links to unsubscribe or edit your preferences doesn’t work. I’ve written to app support twice on this now, and no one ever responds. I’ll stick with Credit Karma and Credit Sesame. ### 1/5 — My number has been called *2022-08-10, version 4.0.1* I’ve been trying to put in my credentials and it’s telling me I have invalid credentials! It’s sending me back to the beginning so I put everything in again and sends me back! Very disappointed so far due to dead end **Developer response:** I’m sorry to hear this Robert. Unfortunately we have no control over the quiz and registration portion of the app, that is all Equifax. They purposefully make it tough so that scammers can’t get into the app and steal your (or anyone else’s) identity. We do nothing but pass information back and forth, nothing more. Maybe you can give them a call at +1-888-378-4329. ### 1/5 — They beta is full? Can’t even get the app *2022-07-21, version 3.1.2* Not sure how an app is full but you can’t even get it? And I’m in line? Wow ### 1/5 — Cant even use *2022-06-01, version 3.0.0* Why have us download this app and give our information just to be put on a waitlist that I’m number 2000+ on? What a complete waste of time. Hopefully, I don’t start getting a whole bunch of emails for an app I can’t even use. **Developer response:** Let me explain. We cannot simply take the app off the App Store. We also cannot just show an app that shows a screen saying our beta is full as both scenarios above are against Apples TOS. So with that being said we are allowed to create a waitlist so that’s where we are at right now. Moving to your comment about receiving unnecessary emails, no you will not. We will only email you when your turn comes up to get in (which should be soon). We are letting more people in each day, we just wanna be sure all the bugs are worked out before letting people in and having to deal with critical bugs at scale. We think that having people wait a little longer is much more convenient than having to deal with an app that’s constantly crashing on them.
