Cannot paste password. Forces use of weak password from memory. Use of strong passwords from 1Password, etc cannot be used unless written down or committed to memmoery

Impossible to log in to. I have had an account since it opened, but I can't for the life of me log in to this app now to buy a ticket. It is broken.

Wouldn't let me create an account, either using Facebook or signing up with an email. Spent 20 minutes trying to get it to work. All sorts of layout issues and bad error messages and dead end while trying to make it work.

I love the UP Express but its ticketing app is a nuisance. The app needs to be updated for Plus-sized iPhones. Probably the most annoying thing is that it signs you out automatically after a period of inactivity and the sign-in process sometimes takes several minutes. If security is a concern, ask for a fingerprint to unlock access to tickets rather than logging me out completely. An app overhaul is necessary.

To buy a ticket you have to download the App. Set up an account and enter a Canadian Credit or Debit card. 
It wouldn’t recognize my US 5 digit Zip

Was able to successfully purchase a ticket for the UP train. It took a few extra steps and I think the user experience could be smoothed out a bit, but it got the job done.

The App is easy to use. The train itself is great. Free wifey on train. Train usually on time. Bad part is, it doesnt run 24 hours like a real metropolis. But the app is good.

I've used the UP Express app for several months. It works great...I've never experienced any issues with the app.

A recommendation I have is to show the next train departing the station on the main screen. When I open the app on the way to the station, it would be nice to not have to do 2-3 clicks to see what I really need to see. Showing the next departure time for each station on main screen wouldn't take much screen real estate and allow me to see pertinent info easily.  Right now, I have to click on schedules and then scroll down and find the link I need, click and then see the info I need.
