So far penggunaan apps nie okey tapi perlu ditambahbaik lagi untuk kemudahan pengguna. Contohnya,pertama perbaiki dari segi masa. Sesetengah pengguna tidak perasan masa parking dah habis. Seeloknya buatkan peringatan supaya pengguna alert dengan masa. Kedua, dari segi pembayaran secara online. Boleh percepatkan proses transaksi tu supaya boleh masuk dgn cepat. Ketiga, dari segi denda kalau boleh mulakan dgn byran sebanyak rm5 utk seminggu pertama. Untuk minggu seterusnya baru boleh dinaikkan. Kalau utk pemula pon dh rm10 sangat” membebankan sesetengah orang terutama untuk student. Keempat, dari segi design dan tambahan lain okey. Korang boleh ambik contoh app smartbesut as example. Boleh tgk cara diorang.
