This was my go to IPad program for years, but every time I now attempt to create a PDF to Email, poof, no document and it kicks me out of the program.

I’m about to migrate to another program as I must have the ability to send my notes to others.  Bummer!!!  Started using in 2012.  I’ll try back in a few months as I have a lot of information archived.

There is a bug that’s been occurring very often when you are writing and all of sudden creates a line that cannot be erased. Please help us by fixing that and creating a better searching feature to facilitate to find documents created a long time ago. Also there is a bug when you try to send a pdf document to your email the App instantly closes by itself. Too many bugs for a very useful app. This is sad

This was a good app that I liked and used all of the time.  After I updated my ipad operating system, it now crashes whenever I export as a pdf to email.  I dought if the develper will fix because it looks like they don’t even have a website anymore.

All my work is gone and there is no support, when I look for some support it falls on a site that I don't access or when I click on your website it falls on a youtube channel without communication with anyone. 

 I used it daily and now I lost my jobs and I don't know where to find help.  

I indicated this app as a good option and now I suggest that no one uses it or you could lose everything and without any help to recover.

  Incredible their irresponsibility!

2013년부터 잘 쓰던 어플인데, ipad 바꾸니 자료 백업이 한계더군요
올해 아이패드 프로로 다시 깔고 쓰다가 iCloud 로 설정에서 연결했더니 자료 반이 날라갔습니다. 휴지통에도 없고 😭ㅠㅠ 
다시 찾는 법도 안보이고... 이건 먼가요? ㄹ따로 경고 메세지도 없이 그냥 사라졌어요

예전에 어떻게 설정을 하는 바람에 메인 창에서 폴더가 어떤건 열려 있어서 내부의 노트들이 다 보이고 어떤건 닫혀 있어서 폴더 이름을 눌러서 폴더 내로 들어가야 항목을 볼 수 있고 그렇습니다만 어떻게 설정을 했나 기억이 안 나서 수정을 못하고 있습니다 좀 알려주세요 개발자 홈피도 없고 메일 답도 없고 ㅠ

I had UPAD lite for many years and I never had a single problem. I changed iPads and it didn’t load on to the new one because it was no longer available. I bought the UPAD for iCloud. I love the capabilities but on many occasions I open the app and files are just missing. I’m at a point where I feel like I have to back up the app every single day. I need an alternative - one that can do all the things UPAD can do.

I do not recommend any version of UPAD. I initially downloaded UPAD Lite, that kept crashing and I lost my data. So, I paid for UPAD which the creators later renamed UPAD for iCloud. This crashes frequently as well. It no longer loads when opened. I cannot access anything. I keep checking for updates to both versions. Today I discovered a third version of the same app. The reviews are relaying that people are experiencing the same issues as the last two versions. So it seems to me that rather than fix the issues preventing users from utilizing the app, they are putting on new versions that require an additional download fee and allows them the opportunity to disassociate themselves with the negative reviews.

UPad was one of the first decent notebook apps on IOS. I had when it first came out and loved it. I always went back and forth between this and Noteshelf. I just bought an iPad Pro, after not having aan iPad for a while, and am looking forward to trying this out.Fingers crossed. I'll come back after I've had a chance to work with it for a while. So, I've been using this for a few days now and LOVE IT! One nice aspect is that it comes full of templates and forms, which on some other notebook type apps have to be purchased. This is now my go-to notebook app for everything other than pdf edits. Having access to Dropbox, Evernote, google drive, etc. Is a must. I hope these options get added.

I’ve been working on a file for two weeks now. Today I go to open it and it has vanished. 
This is not the first time this has happened to me on UPAD. I thought they had resolved this issue but apparently not. 
Fool me once, joke’s on you, fool me twice I’m an idiot. I won’t be trusting UPAD anymore.

I can no longer convert my documents to PDFs. I am an educator and this is a crucial step for me. I often write notes for class, and then convert them to a PDF to share with students.

개발자가 한국사람이었는데, 처음에는 압도적으로 편리했음. 다이어리 기능 넣어달라니까 금방 넣어줬었음. 이제 비슷한 앱도 많지만 걍 씀. 초반에 날아가고 없어지고 있었는데 이제는 걍 괜찮음. 한번쯤 더 업그레이드 됐음 좋겠음.

My go to app for the calendar. They have different templates of calendars that you can use. No add ons. No importing other files. It just works.

This app with the Apple Pencil makes my iPad indispensable.

I use this app dozens of times a day. 

Really makes my life so much better.
