Lots of different shifts for all healthcare professionals. I just apply for shifts on the app, and you’re instantly notified when you’re booked. I love how uPaged nurses can choose their own shifts without relying on a nursing agency. The two-way rating system is also great for transparency. You know what you’re getting. No more last-minute shift cancellations 👍I’m really enjoying the direct connection between the facility and nurses. Would definitely recommend. I had never worked for an agency before uPaged and I didn't have high hopes from what I'd heard from other nurses however, after hearing their business model and how they run their business to benefit the nurses, I couldn't have jumped onboard any faster. I hope they can get more nurses onboard because the process is SO easy and uPaged supports you all the way. I can't wait until uPaged moves interstate and I can get all my other nursing friends involved. ### 5/5 — Amazing! Love this whole concept!! *2019-07-12, version 1.0.4* I’m a Registered Nurse and was wanting to earn some extra money and work in other areas outside of my usual part-time job. I’d signed up to a nursing agency but found that I was often getting cancelled at the last minute, and when I did get a shift, the regular staff often assumed I had minimal skills and experience and complained having an “agency nurse”. My whole experience with uPaged has been fantastic! I actually had nurses contact me and help me build my profile. The app is easy to use and I love that I can my manage shifts anytime directly through the app rather than having to text/call an agent. I really like that hospital managers can directly choose you and I know what area I’m going to in advance. I feel much more respected and a part of the team when I arrive as they actually know my skills and experience before I arrive on shift.
