I have been using Upaisa app for sometime now. I am in the uk at the moment and since I have arrived, Upaisa app doesn’t work at all. I tried to switch off the location and used vpn too but no luck. Upaisa’s customer support is awful and unprofessional to say the least. They have no clue whatsoever about the issue. They only give you reasons based on their assumptions. I have a handsome amount in Upaisa account but have no access to my funds.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience using UPaisa. I activated the Rs. 450 package, but Rs. 900 were deducted from my account instead. I reached out to customer support, but didn’t receive any proper assistance. This kind of service creates distrust among users. UPaisa really needs to improve its system transparency and customer support to maintain credibility.
