I used to turn off every alarm without even remembering it and then wake up late. Now I use the math task, and I have to solve a few math problems before the alarm stops. By the time I finish them, my brain is already awake and I’m ready to start my day. It’s annoying in the moment, but that’s exactly why it works. My favorite feature is the walking task—the alarm won’t stop until I finish the required number of steps. By the time I complete it, my brain is fully awake.
