Really thankful 😃 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Refund never came despite chasing them for a month *2024-03-25, version 16.3* Informed their CSO Maha that I’m no longer using ixpress and requested for a refund of my balance credits. Up till today and countless days of following up with Maha, I still haven’t received my refund. Not too sure why it is so difficult to refund $78 to me. Would not encourage anyone to topup in the app or website since you’ll face a super long delay in getting your money back. I’m not even sure when or if I’ll ever get back my money. It’s a scam since every time I do a topup, I get charged a transaction fee. ### 1/5 — Paid the fee but could not log in as agent? *2021-06-05, version 9.4* I have paid the fee, fill in the form on pc, paid the money, yet i have been denied entry as an agent in the apps?🤦🏻.. with this kind of process, i’m bailing out being your agent. Previously it was GPS was not accurate and unable to detect my location, even though I was at the delivery location. Thus, my jobs could not be completed because I was “far away” from the destination. This time around, after updating, I am no longer able to click in the jobs to see the details (i.e. Sender and receiver’s names, phone number, remarks). For bulk delivery orders, I am unable to see the details for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th.... I’m only able to see the details for the first job. Seriously, if your updates are not ready, kindly don’t release it to the public as it causes huge inconvenience to us (delivery agents). ### 2/5 — New app is horrendous. *2022-05-07, version 11.2* The new app is so bad. So slow and doesn’t work. Took such long time to load. But still not successful to book a delivery job. It’s so poorly made. Used to be a great app with good delivery man. After the latest update in Feb, u can’t see the agent contact anymore, meaning you can’t even contact the delivery driver for any last min updates or to check where is their location unless U call in Uparcel hotline to ask individually (hassle for bulk deliveries) of which 8/10 times you will be asked by the machine to leave a msg or email whereby you receive no replies back. But if u are lucky enough, 2/10 times you will be able to speak to a customer service officer when you call in, of which they promise to call u back to check on the location or the delivery Man, also never The slogan for this delivery app is “track live location” but apparently you can’t even find the delivery agents bcos u can’t even contact them. The new interface after the update is very messy and confusing too. ### 2/5 — Not the same courier guy *2018-10-03, version 3.7* Didn’t expect the courier guy come is different from what it stated. Use many times and first time. Person not matchy with the one accepted and coming to pick up. Also it’s kind of rude to actually go into my office counter to look for me. I had stated my hp number to contact me. Given the fact address to pick up is just the unit number. This is my own item to be courier not involving my company. What make him the right to disrupt my company operation. Please educate your staffs. Be it private or not private. I seriously not happy about it. Accept booking is a young guy, come is a old man. Like this how to ensure my item is in safe hands. Some more paying $10 for this kind of services. The most important is contact the customer based on the number listed and not call my office number based that is listed at my company number. It’s a bank u know.
