There is an option in the app to turn this on and off, and when on it does attempt the process but never completes, leaving you on the login screen. The app keeps losing log-on details, even after having been setup for fingerprint log-on. If it weren’t used in my work restaurant, I would delete it. At the counter it just causes frustration and queues as I try quitting the app and logging back in again. I have contacted the help desk twice with no helpful response. Auto top up I thought would be great and to save giving them both money as they are under 10yrs old . Takes the money but showed amounts being spent with credit remaining nothing like it should be . Every time I try to pay it says my card is declined. I try with a different card. It works a few times and then declines. I have run out of cards to use. My son has no money left on his dinner card. Hopefully it will be sorted before term starts or else he can’t have a dinner! I truly have had enough of this on going issue. ### 1/5 — Failure to top up *2022-03-22, version 4.8.6* This app is rubbish. After about a month of using and topping up my card, it all of a sudden stops working. I can’t upload any cash as it says my card is declined. I am then not able to use that card and have to put a new card account on. The previous cards continue to be declined. I’ve missed out on getting tickets to many events at no fault of my own because the single sign on option constantly decides to stop working. I can’t even log in as when the FaceID popup disappears, it just redirects me back to the log in page. Touch doesn’t work as it gets stuck in a loop so have to sign out and use password every time. Settings are not saving in background either. Have a great day! ### 5/5 — Fantastic app! *2017-09-07, version 2.11.3* This app is brilliant, lets me see exactly what my child is eating at school and allows me to make sure he has enough funds when he needs it. ### 3/5 — Registering password paste doesn’t work *2021-04-27, version 4.7.4* I have managed to register with the app however what was very frustrating was not being able to paste into the password box especially an app that has my bank card in it. I wanted to use a complex password from my password manager but had to simplify it to manually type it in.
