راح انقل لكم تجربتي .. وبالتفصيل وبدون اي تحريف ..
فتحت حساب عندهم مثل اي انسان طبيعي .. و حطيت منتجاتي وقبلوها ، وكانت بطاقات ايتونز وديجتال كاردز .. واعتمد عليهم ونشرت رابط الدفع في كل مواقعي و حساباتي . وبدأت بالبيع ، وانا من اشهر البائعين للبطاقات في الكويت .. وكما تعلمون سعر بطاقة الايتونز فئة ١٠٠ دولار هو تقريبا ٢٥ دينار للجملة وانا اعيد بيعهم ب ٣٠ دينار ،، يعني استلم ٣٠ دينار علشان اربح ٥ دنانير .. وغيرها من الخدمات على نفس المبدأ ،، وصل رصيدي عندهم الى الاف الدنانير .. وكان يتم ايداعها بشكل طبيعي ، بعدها علقولي ٦ الاف تقريبا ، تواصلت معهم قالولي مشكلة بلسستم راح يتم ايداعهم . واعتمدت على هذا الشي واستمريت باستقبال المدفوعات .. الى ان وصل المبلغ الى ١٢ الف دينار كويتي تقريبا .. والي كان يصير ( استفزاز - سوء معاملة - تأجيل ) واستمر هذا الحال لمدة شهر ،، طلبو مني كل ما يثبت اني قاعد اسلم الناس خدماتهم ولله الحمد لم اترك لهم مجال في انهم يعترضون على شي.. ارسلو لي مجموعه فواتير واثبتت لهم اني مسلم العملاء .. بعدها تحججو بالبنك المركزي .. ولم يكن هناك اي اشعار او او من البنك المركزي .. ولا يعتبرو جهة مسموح لها بتعليق اموالي اساسا .. بعد ان احرجت الدعم الفني وما قدرو يقولون لي شي . رموني على شخص بادارة المخاطر المالية (ع) .. وهني بدأت عملية التخويف والاستفزاز الغير مبرر من شركة خاصة وليست حكومية ، ارتحت وقلت دامها وصلت لاداري ف راح يساعدني ، وانتظرت وما توجهت للقضاء والمحاكم .. وعدوني باسبوع ولم يوفو . اسبوعين ولم يوفو ،، بعدها وقعوني على تقرير وتعهد باخلاء مسؤليتهم عن اي مبالغ راح يتم ايداعها بحسابي ، وتم التوقيع على ذلك ، واعتقدت انه هني انتهت المشكلة ، بعد العقد ب عشر ايام من التواصل وتأجيل ، اعطاني الدعم الفني بلوك من قبل ( عبد.. ) بدون اي تبرير ، وكان المبلغ الي اطالب فيه هو ٥ دنانير وليس ١٢ الف .. بعدها توجهت الى مقر شركتهم والموظف ماعرف شيسوي شي وقلتله راح اتوجه للقضاء لان الي تسسونه غير مبرر ويعتبر خيانه امانه حيث ان العقد الي بيننا انه يتم ايداع الاموال بعد يوم عمل واحد ،، بعدها اتصل على مسؤول المخاطر المالية المدعو ( ع ) وقال له باللغه الانجليزية ( يريدون التوجه للقضاء فماذا ارد عليهم ) اعتقاداً منه انني لا اجيد الانجليزية ، وانا ولله الحمد طالب في كلية البشري وأجيد الانجليزية اكثر من العربية ،، طلب المدعو ( ع ) ان احد الهاتف لإكلمه ،، وهنا كانت الصدمة ، قال لي بالحرف الواحد ( أنت ما تهددنا تفهم ولا ماتفهم و فلوسك عندنا ومحد يطلعها غيري - وتبي تروح للقضاء روح ما تخوفنا ) — لم استطع الرد حيث ان ردي سيكلفني ١٢ الف دينار في ذلك الوقت .. بعدها طلبو مني كشف حساب وتفصيل بالفواتير واستمريت بالعمل على تنفيذ نا قامو بطلبه لمدة ٢٤ ساعه ، وارسلت لهم كل ما طلبوه ( علما. انه ليس من حقهم طلب ما طلبو ) 
ولكن منذ اليوم الاول لممم يطلبو اي اثبات مني إلا وقد وفرته في نفس اللحظة ..
فواتير - محادثات - كشوف حسابات 

علماً ان لديهم الكثيييير في نفس مجالي ولكن اعتقد ان اخدهم لديه نفس نشاطي ومايبيني اكسر سوقه ..

تم واخيرا ايداع ٩٠٪؜ من المبلغ ، وقالو لي سنقوم بايداع ال ١٠٪؜ بعد ١٠ اشهر ،، لم استطع قول شيئ حيث ان كل ما اريده في ذلك الوقت هو ان استرد اموالي .. بعد ٥-٦ اشهر تواصلت معهم وردولي المبلغ المتبقي ..

ملاحظة : الموضوع حصل من ٧ اشهر ، ولكن الان استطعت ان انقل تجربتي وذلك خوفاً من ان يتم تاخير الايداع
