Warum kann man seinen Ausweis eigentlich nicht ausdrucken oder im “Wallet” speichern? Und die Anmeldung schlägt jedes mal aus unbekannten Gründen fehl. Wenn ich schnell was in der App brauche, werde ich somit enttäuscht. Die App ist überladen mit Werbung, überwacht jeden Klick und schickt es an den Anbieter. Der Studierendenausweis sieht aus wie eine Fälschung, wieso nicht einfach weiter auf Papier? Im Bus als Semesterticket-Ersatz bei leerem Akku taugt der Studiausweis jetzt auch nicht mehr. Für die Mensa ist die Webseite vom Studierendenwerk mit Bildern vom Essen übersichtlicher und hilfreicher. Die Paul Kalender Funktion ist super schlecht programmiert und flutet Paul mit sinnlosen Anfragen und schickt die ganzen Daten an Uninow-Server. Von wegen alles bleibt lokal auf dem Handy… Der Kalender wird nicht automatisch aktualisiert, enthält nur die Termine vom aktuellen Monat und wichtige Informationen (z.B. Dozent) fehlen. Die Paul-App zeigt das an. Fazit: Steuergeldverschwendung, die Uni hat Digitalisierung falsch verstanden und sich von den Uninow-Leuten durch leere Versprechen blenden gelassen. **Developer response:** Hi, wir setzen die Funktionen der App in Absprache mit der Uni selbst um. Beim erneuten Versuch heißt es „Anmeldung fehlgeschlagen“. Selbst der dann erscheinende Button für den Support funktioniert nicht.
