At first they said they confirmed my booking. Right after 30 min, they cancelled my trip!! Not from host but from themselves. And they took my money, didnt share any information why i got cancelled! Tried to call them multiple times and mailed them too, they dont answer to any of these. Dont waste ur money and time here

Upcar is incredibly easy to use and offers a smooth, straightforward experience from beginning to end. The platform is intuitive, the process is simple, and everything works exactly as expected. In my experience, it is even better and more convenient than Turo. I highly recommend Upcar to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car-sharing platform!

Signed up as a host on Upcar and the experience has been extremely frustrating so far. The app calendar dates do not work properly, making availability management difficult. I was also unable to create message templates, and despite sending several messages to support, I never received a response.

On top of that, booked trips were cancelled without any explanation or information provided. Payments are extremely delayed — hosts may wait almost a month after the trip ends to receive funds. I also submitted a toll invoice after a month and a half, and it was refunded/rejected without any reason or communication.

Overall, poor support, unreliable systems, and lack of transparency make this platform very difficult to recommend for hosts.

**Developer response:** Proudpak, thank you for taking the time to lay this out, and I'm sorry the host experience has fallen short, especially going unanswered when you reached out. That's not the standard we hold ourselves to.
