She is polite and courteous also she very knowledgeable and helpful getting what you need and addressing your concerns and she emphasizes things that you find uncommon and do her best you overcome anything that’s a hinder to you and your family. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t show you your upcoming year’s policy or price *2026-07-20, version 2.24* Difficult to log into: passwords expire & then difficult to change. Worst thing is that you can only see your current policy & price. My next year’s policy starts in 3 days, but the app will not show the policy or its price until after the current one ends!
