## What is upclock?

Make your first move of the day with upclock.

Set a wake-up alarm and choose a movement challenge: gentle head movements, push-ups, or a four-move follow-along routine.

See your front-camera preview with simple face or body guides. Voice prompts introduce each movement and count your repetitions. Small, comfortable movements count—this is about getting moving.

THREE WAYS TO START
• Head wake-up: combine left turns, right turns, looking up, and nodding. Choose how many times to repeat each movement.
• Push-ups: face your phone and keep your shoulders, elbows, and wrists visible. Lower and rise to count a repetition.
• Follow along: raise your hands, open your arms, and take a small step left and right while facing the camera.

BUILT FOR YOUR MORNING
• One-time and repeating alarms
• Full-screen camera challenges with subtle progress indicators
• English and Simplified Chinese interfaces and voice guidance
• Practice modes and recent completion history
• No account, ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases
• Works offline with recognition models included

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Camera frames are processed on your iPhone and are not saved or uploaded. Voice guidance uses installed iOS voices.

Requires iOS 26 or later. Unlock and open upclock to use camera challenges. You can stop alarms using iOS controls or the in-app End button. Choose comfortable movements and practice your camera position before relying on a challenge.
