## What is upContact?

upContact est un outil développé pour vous permettre migrer vos contacts ivoirien enregistrés sous le plan de numérotation de 8 à 10 chiffres. En effet a compté du 31 Janvier 2021 à 00h00 GMT les plan de numérotation à 8 chiffre ne sera plus fonctionnel.

Notre algorithme effectue une recherche sur les numéros de vos contacts commençant par le code pays +225 et commençant également par les préfixes d'opérateur ci-dessous.
