### 1.6 — 2026-09-10

UPDATE SIM 1.6 refreshes the simulator interface on iPad and iPhone.

• New Pro skin with more waveform space and compact controls. It becomes the default when this update is first opened.
• Five skins: Classic, Pro, Pro 2, XL Vitals and Side Console. The previous Pro layout remains available as Pro 2. You can then choose another skin in Settings and your selection will be saved.
• Settings, scenarios, medications, rhythms, EKG, help and keyboard shortcuts now share a clearer, consistent presentation.
• Visual connection status on iPhone and iPad: a green check when the link is ready, amber while reconnecting and gray when disconnected.
• iPhone opens its landscape monitor first. Portrait remote-control mode is activated only when selected.
• iPad control from iPhone, iPhone control from Apple Watch and existing simulation functions are retained.

Update both devices for remote control. Initial pairing requires the same Wi-Fi network, Local Network and Bluetooth permissions, and approval on iPad. Keep the iPad monitor open. Continuity and reconnection depend on iOS and connection conditions.

### 1.5 — 2026-09-08

UPDATE SIM 1.5 adds a dedicated remote to control the iPad simulation from an iPhone.

• Portrait iPhone controller with scenario selection, PLAY/PAUSE, next step, CPR, SHOCK, and STOP.
• Local Wi-Fi connection with Bluetooth backup after the initial approved pairing.
• Remembered devices and control recovery when returning to the app, without approving the same pair each time.
• Controls wait for fresh state after reconnecting; pending actions are not replayed.
• The screen stays awake while using the remote and during the case on iPad.
• Keyboard shortcut instructions in Help and a distinct color for EKG.
• Preserves the iPad monitor layout and Apple Watch control of the paired iPhone.

Update both devices to version 1.5. For initial pairing, open both apps on the same Wi-Fi network, allow Local Network and Bluetooth, and approve the iPhone on iPad. Internet access is not required. Keep the iPad monitor open. Reconnection depends on network conditions and iOS limits; reopen the app if the system terminates it.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-07

UPDATE SIM 1.4 adds an Apple Watch remote and improvements for your simulations.

• Select a scenario on your watch and return automatically to the controls. The case stays ready until you tap PLAY.
• Start, pause, or resume with PLAY/PAUSE; advance the case, toggle CPR, and stop the simulation from your wrist.
• Deliver a simulated SHOCK from your watch once the iPhone defibrillator is charged, without an additional confirmation.
• Optionally enable the iPhone SpO₂ waveform in Settings. It is off by default.
• View EKG references related to the case or rhythm, with zoom and image credits.
• Improved audible monitor alarms and stable NIBP/CPR button positioning when showing or hiding waveforms on iPhone and iPad.

Keep UPDATE SIM open on the paired iPhone while using the Apple Watch remote. The watch interface is in Spanish and does not directly control iPad.
