They prescribed it to me with only 1 repeat, and then I couldn’t access the repeat. I tried to book another telehealth consult but that doctor wouldn’t prescribe my medication when I still had one repeat left. Then, when I tried to get help from UpDoc they basically said they couldn’t help me, and sent me a screenshot of someone else’s prescription ?!?!? Thank god my pharmacy was able to print out the repeat of my script and dispense my medication. Absolutely don’t use this app !!!!! When a doctor was finally assigned they declined the consultation as outside scope — despite the platform accepting the request before charging me. Contacted support multiple times. Received only automated responses and no refund despite never receiving any service. Avoid this platform. Pay nothing until you confirm the service actually works. So i tried Updoc. I spoke to 3 different dr, each giving me a different diagnosis! I provided my normal meds which i needed scripts for and they could check on my health record, but still would not give. Very unprofessional. I took out a subscription and tried to cancel but it just says cant cancel at the moment. And they will not refund!
