Whether is be, laggy, crashing in the middle of lessons, not counting lessons at all, freezing my entire phone or like how this month it suddenly quit loading any content at all. It wont pull the lessons for the month of July. It wont pull any of my account information, and it just sits there loading until it tells me it can’t connect to the server. I would delete this off my phone in a heart beat if i didn’t have to use it for work. So frustrating. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2022-07-06, version 2.10.1* Don’t believe the 5 star reviews. They are all fake. The app never works and never updates to new relevant information. It’s the same 5 trainings reworded and recycled every month. I have to delete and reinstall the app every month. Can only get it to work about 30% of the time and when it does It freezes midtrainings and doesn’t count them. I haven’t learned a single thing from their generic surface level trainings. ### 1/5 — Pointless *2022-06-09, version 2.9.2* Dumb ### 1/5 — App does not work *2022-06-07, version 2.9.2* This app is mandatory for my job and tracked by upper management. Which is extremely frustrating considering the app only works about 20% of the time. The rest is just endless loading screens and it will stay stuck on the loading screen even if you close the app and reopen. On top of that, it has zero benefit whatsoever when it comes to teaching anyone anything. This app is just a way for toxic management to control their employees and force them to do a certain amount of sessions by a certain date other wise you and store managers will get written up, commissions will be cut and employees can be cycled through regularly. This is the most horrible excuse for an app I’ve ever used. Works 3% of the time and when it doesn’t prevent you from using it entirely it freezes, disconnects, and just doesn’t work. That’s IF you can get into a training, you’re more likely to get paired with a black screen before you find a real person. Of course if you try shutting down the app and retrying except… YOU CAN’T it just puts you right into the same queue without the option to leave. Oh don’t worry though, because if you decide to give up and just shut the app down completely then be prepared to get 50 notifications telling you that you missed your partner. Doesn’t work on iPad with the Magic Keyboard as the developers are too stupid to incorporate auto rotate so I’m forced to use my iPhone when i can barely see what’s happening (thats the purpose of the 12.9 iPad Pro). Fix your app and maybe you’ll get better reviews!
