Facile, rapide et un excellent support lorsque j’ai eu besoin d’aide. ### 5/5 — Excellente application et support technique parfait *2024-03-14* Je suis actuellement en congés à Singapour et j’ai cherché plusieurs solutions pour être connecté à Internet durant mon séjour, principalement pendant tous les moments où une connexion Wifi était impossible. J’ai finalement opté pour UP eSIM qui me semblait être le meilleur compromis en prix, durée de séjour et quantité de data proposée. Je n’avais jamais installé de carte esim dans mon iphone, c’était donc une première expérience. J’ai acheté le pass pour Singapour la veille de mon départ, et j’ai contacté par mail l’assistance technique pour m’aider à l’installation. Le délai de réponses à mes questions était toujours inférieur à 5 minutes, voire immédiat parfois. J’ai ainsi pré-installé l’application et la carte esim avant de partir, et dès mon arrivée dans le hall de l’aéroport j’ai finalisé en moins d’1 minute l’installation et l’activation et j’ai bénéficié instantanément d’un accès à Internet, à mes mails et à ma messagerie instantanée. Pensant que ma commande n'était pas passée, j’ai procédé à une nouvelle commande. Même message d’erreur à l’issue de mon paiement. Le service support a spontanément pris immédiatement contact avec moi par mail et a résolu le dysfonctionnement dans la foulée. J’ai bien reçu le QR Code de l’esim commandée et ma seconde commande a été annulée et remboursée. After about 10 responses from the help desk I m told it is installed but it’s still not working. I m not particularly techy but at least 5 other people who are have tried to help and have also struggled. They refuse to refund me and started blaming my iPhone 14 pro as the problem that the network won’t work 90% of the time. Funny thing is, I used their esim in USA with no problems, they just can’t admit that their network in Bali isn’t very good, I already had the network working, but the signal is very bad. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone anymore. Dodgy company who refuses to refund even when the customer fails to get a good 4g network like they promised. ### 4/5 — Overall reliable service *2026-05-08, version 2.1.2* Great options for most countries. Canada only had 1GB option which was annoying. Cheaper options available elsewhere however I like that I have one app which has multiple countries. J’ai dernièrement eu un problème de connexion (PDP). J’ai envoyé un mail au service support via un point de connexion wifi et ils m’ont résolu le problème instantanément !
