## What is Upfit?

Upfit turns your iPhone into a personal trainer that can actually see you. Prop your phone against a wall, step back, and start: the front camera counts every rep, checks your form in real time, and a voice coach talks you through the whole session. No gym, no equipment, no wearables.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell Upfit about yourself. Your gender, weight, height and goals shape your plan.
2. Stand your phone up so your whole body is in the frame.
3. Tap once. Your coach demonstrates each move, then watches you do it.

LIVE FORM FEEDBACK
On-device motion tracking follows your body through every squat, lunge, plank and push-up. When a rep is cut short or your form slips, you hear the cue instantly, the way a trainer in the room would say it.

AUTOMATIC REP COUNTING
No tapping, no guessing. Reps, time and calories are tracked hands-free while you move.

A PLAN THAT ADAPTS
Sessions are built from more than 90 bodyweight exercises and adjust as you get stronger. Around 17 minutes a day, ready the moment you open the app.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Pose tracking runs entirely on your phone. Camera frames are never uploaded or stored.

WHAT YOU GET
• Real-time voice coaching and form corrections
• Hands-free rep, time and calorie tracking
• Personalised no-equipment workouts
• A video demonstration before every exercise
• Progress history and in-app support chat

UPFIT PRO
Upfit is free to download. Unlimited coached workouts require an Upfit Pro subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
