Have to re-login regularly. Crashes when I load the map. ### 2/5 — Bugs Galore *2025-09-17* I use this app through my company. I love the concept, that I can find various coworking spots in NYC, but I can’t even use the app because it’s so glitchy! It lags, then glitches and shuts down. Please fix! ### 5/5 — Airbnb for Work! *2018-10-04* I’ve been using Upflex for two weeks and it’s been a great experience. I travel to multiple cities every week for work and in the past have relied on hotel lobbies and Starbucks to get work done. Now in a matter of seconds I can pull up quality coworking spaces in every city I travel to, its easy to book and a real game changer. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-03-25* I’m only writing this to hopefully get in the ear of the company. This app is atrocious. It’s constantly crashing. Most of the time it never loads. Totally useless. The mobile site isn’t any better either. This is a total scam. ### 1/5 — The worst app I’ve ever had to use *2026-03-18* The app is incredibly slow and crashes 90% of the time I use it. In the last week, it has ceased to function at all. I have been left out in the cold many times fumbling on my work laptop to book a space because the app simply keeps crashing. When it does work, it feels like handling an ancient, extremely delicate piece of china. If I could give zero stars I would. It has also gotten worse over time. Two years ago, the app never failed me like this. I started using this app 6 months ago and I can’t recommend it enough. It gives me the flexibility I need to find comfortable work space when I need it, no matter where I am in a day. Coffee shops are crowded and loud with unreliable WiFi. I’ve also used this app when I travel. It’s pretty great knowing you can put your computer down somewhere safe and get work done. Not to mention there was never space and I barely had any room to spread out and organize my things. Now I just click on this app and find a space near me- it’s really that easy. I need an organized environment to do work and with this app I have it at the press of a button, it really changed my life. I highly recommend downloading this if you’re also sick of trying your luck at crowded cafes- it’s really a game changer. ### 5/5 — So convenient! *2019-02-09* I love using this app. It’s made my life so much easier. I sometimes have some down time between meetings and don’t want to work from a coffee shop so I just find the closest co-working space and check in. Yes, it is that easy to use. I also use this when I’m too lazy to go to the office but can’t work from home. I just find a close space that’s walking distance and it’s made my life so much easier and made me way more productive.
